Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and we'd rather explain the boring detail than hide it.

Template notice

This is a good-faith general template. It is not legal advice. Before publishing commercially, have a qualified Philippine lawyer or data privacy officer review it against your actual data flows — especially the analytics, advertising and data-controller sections, which must reflect the tools you really deploy.

1. Who we are

KuyaKingPH operates kuyakingph.com. For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR, KuyaKingPH is the data controller for personal information processed through this Site.

Privacy contact: labelai@kuyakingph.com

2. Age restriction

This Site is intended only for persons aged 21 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. What we collect

3.1 Information you give us

  • Contact messages. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. Note that our contact form is client-side only — it opens your own email application and does not transmit anything to a server on our behalf.
  • Operator reports. Any evidence or account details you voluntarily send us in a complaint report.

Please do not send us passwords, ID scans, card numbers or account credentials. We do not need them and we will not ask for them.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider may record IP address, user agent, referring page, requested URL and timestamp. These are standard for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics. This Site uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-Q3PNRMD5KV) to understand which pages are useful. It records pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP, which GA4 does not store), device and browser type, referring source, and on-page interactions. It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_<id>). Google processes this data as our processor under its own terms; see Google's privacy policy. We do not use GA to identify individuals, and we have not enabled Google Signals or advertising features.
  • Local storage. The Site's own scripts do not set tracking cookies. See the cookie policy.

3.3 What we never collect

  • Gambling account credentials, balances or transaction histories.
  • Payment card or e-wallet details — the Site processes no payments.
  • Government ID documents.
  • Special-category data (health, religion, political views, biometrics) — unless you volunteer it in a message, in which case we delete it once the matter is resolved.

4. Why we process it, and our lawful basis

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we never will. We share only with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the Site on our behalf.
  • Google, as our analytics processor (Google Analytics 4), under its own terms.
  • Email service providers handling our inbox.
  • Regulators or law enforcement, where we are legally required to do so, or where you have asked us to escalate an operator complaint on your behalf.

Following an outbound link takes you to a third party with its own privacy policy, over which we have no control. Read theirs before you register anywhere.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where that happens we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

7. How long we keep it

  • Contact emails: up to 24 months after the matter is closed, then deleted.
  • Operator report evidence: retained while an assessment remains live, typically no more than 36 months.
  • Server logs: per our host's retention schedule, typically 30–90 days.
  • Google Analytics data: retained by Google for the period set on the property (GA4's default for user-level data is 2 months, configurable to 14). Aggregated reporting is retained indefinitely in non-identifying form.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act (and GDPR where it applies) you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your data is processed;
  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erase or block data, subject to legal limits;
  • Object to processing, including for analytics — you can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies, or with any tracker-blocking extension;
  • Data portability in a commonly used format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis;
  • Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, or your local supervisory authority;
  • Damages where you have suffered loss from a violation.

To exercise any of these, email labelai@kuyakingph.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, keep software updated, restrict access to the inbox, and collect as little as possible in the first place — the last of these is the most effective control we have. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Our operator scores are assigned by a human editor, not generated automatically. Note separately that our published content is produced with AI assistance — see the AI disclosure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page, with the last-updated date shown above. Material changes will be highlighted on the page.
