Affiliate Disclosure
Every casino guide site is funded somehow. Most don't tell you how. Here is exactly how ours works, including the parts that are uncomfortable to write down.
The short version
In three sentences
Some outbound links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you register with an operator after clicking one. That commission comes from the operator's marketing budget and adds nothing to your cost. It has no influence on our scores, because scores are finalised before commercial terms are ever discussed.
1. What an affiliate link actually is
An affiliate link is a normal link with a tracking parameter attached. If you click it and then register with the operator, their system attributes that signup to us and we may receive a payment.
Two commercial models dominate the sector:
- CPA (cost per acquisition) — a one-off payment per qualifying new player.
- Revenue share — an ongoing percentage of the operator's net revenue from players referred.
We think readers should understand the second model in particular, because it deserves scrutiny: under revenue share, an affiliate earns more when a referred player loses more. That is a real structural conflict of interest, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
2. How we handle that conflict
We can't make the conflict vanish by asserting good intentions. What we can do is build the site so the conflict has as little to act on as possible:
- We don't publish "how to win" content. There is nothing on this site encouraging longer sessions, bigger stakes, chasing losses or "systems". Our most-linked guides argue for smaller bets, lower-edge games, hard limits and skipping most bonuses. That is the opposite of revenue-maximising content, deliberately.
- Scores are locked before commercial terms. The scorecard is completed and recorded before any partnership conversation begins.
- Commission rate is not a scoring input. It does not appear as a field on the scorecard and is not visible during scoring.
- No pre-publication review. No operator sees a review before it is published, and none has approval rights over anything on this site.
- Criticism isn't purchasable. If a partner objects to accurate criticism, the criticism stays and the partnership ends. This has a cost and we accept it.
- We publish the responsible-gaming material regardless. Self-exclusion, deposit limits and problem-gambling resources are prominently linked from every page, including pages that carry affiliate links.

4. How affiliate links are marked
- Pages containing affiliate links carry a visible disclosure near the relevant content, not only in the footer.
- Affiliate links carry
rel="sponsored nofollow"in the markup, per search engine guidance. - A partnership is disclosed on the page wherever a partner operator is discussed.

5. What we don't receive
Through an affiliate relationship we do not receive your name, email address, deposit amounts, balances, gameplay history or any personal information. At most we see aggregate referral counts and commission totals. See the privacy policy and cookie policy.
6. You are never required to use our links
You can navigate to any operator directly. Blocking third-party cookies prevents attribution altogether. Nothing on this site changes if you do either — no content is gated, and no guide behaves differently.
If you find our guides useful and want to support the work, using a link is one way. Sending us a correction is another, and frankly more valuable.
7. Regulatory context
This disclosure is made in the spirit of consumer protection and advertising-transparency standards generally applicable to affiliate marketing, including guidance from advertising regulators in multiple jurisdictions. Gambling advertising is subject to specific rules in the Philippines and elsewhere; we aim to comply with those that apply to us and welcome being told where we fall short.
8. A closing note on incentives
The most honest thing we can tell you is this: read our content with the knowledge that we may be paid if you sign up somewhere. Weigh what we publish accordingly. If a claim here can't be checked against a paytable, a terms page or a calculation you can reproduce yourself, treat it with the scepticism you'd apply to any advertisement.
We'd rather you were sceptical and informed than trusting and wrong.
