Cookie Policy
A short, honest account of what gets stored in your browser when you visit this site — and how to stop all of it.
Template notice
This is a general template. It must be updated to reflect the analytics, advertising and affiliate tools actually deployed on your live site, and reviewed by a qualified lawyer before commercial use.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. They let a site remember something between page loads — a preference, a session, or the fact that you arrived from a particular link. Related technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and tracking pixels; this policy covers all of them.
2. What KuyaKingPH's own code does
The scripts we wrote for this Site are deliberately minimal. They handle the navigation menu, the back-to-top button, scroll animations, the FAQ filter and the current-year stamp in the footer.
Our own scripts set no tracking cookies. Analytics is handled separately by Google Analytics 4 — see section 3 — which does set cookies.
3. What third parties may set
| Category | Purpose | Typical duration | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, load balancing and basic delivery by our host or CDN. | Session | No |
| Analytics | Active. Google Analytics 4 (G-Q3PNRMD5KV) sets _ga and _ga_<id> to count visits and see which pages are read. |
Up to 24 months | Yes, where required by law — see section 6 |
| Web fonts | Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site; the request reveals your IP to Google. | Cached | Varies by jurisdiction |
| Affiliate tracking | Set by an operator or affiliate network when you click an outbound partner link, so a referral can be attributed. | 30–90 days typically | Governed by that third party |
4. How affiliate tracking works, plainly
If you click an affiliate link on this Site and register with an operator, that operator or its network may set a cookie to attribute the referral to us. That is how we may earn a commission — from the operator's marketing budget, at no additional cost to you.
Points worth being clear about:
- The cookie is set by the third party, on their domain, under their policy — not by us.
- We do not receive your name, email, deposits, balances or gameplay from it. At most we see aggregate referral counts.
- Blocking third-party cookies prevents attribution entirely. You are welcome to do that; nothing on this site changes if you do.
See the affiliate disclosure for the full commercial picture.
5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in any modern browser. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of some websites — though not this one, which functions fine without them.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Safari: Settings → Safari → Block All Cookies / Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
- Any browser: use a private/incognito window, which discards storage when closed
Browser-level "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by our own code by default, since our code does not track you in the first place.
6. Changes
Google Analytics 4 is active on this Site (added September 2026). It sets the cookies listed in section 3 and sends measurement data to Google.
No consent banner is currently shown. The Philippines has no general cookie-consent requirement equivalent to the EU's ePrivacy rules, and this Site is aimed at a Philippine audience. If you serve visitors in the EU, UK or other consent jurisdictions, a consent mechanism is required before analytics cookies are set, and one has not yet been implemented here.
You can opt out at any time without a banner: block cookies for this site, use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or use any tracker-blocking extension. Nothing on this Site breaks if you do.
