How content on KuyaKingPH is researched, drafted, checked, published and corrected — including exactly where AI fits into the process and where it doesn't.

1. Purpose

KuyaKingPH publishes educational material about online casino gaming for an adult Philippine audience. Our purpose is to help readers understand what they are buying — the mechanics, the mathematics and the terms — so they can make an informed decision, including the decision not to gamble.

We do not publish content designed to encourage gambling, increase spend, or present gambling as a source of income.

2. Sourcing standards

Claims published on this site must rest on at least one of the following:

  • Primary documentation — operator terms and conditions, in-game paytables and info panels, game studio specification sheets, regulator publications.
  • Standard mathematics — house edge and probability calculations that can be independently reproduced from published game rules.
  • Direct observation — documented account behaviour we or a contributor experienced, clearly labelled as such.
  • Credible player reports — described as reports, never presented as verified fact.

Where a figure is a typical range rather than a fixed value, we say so. Where we are estimating, we say that too.

3. The AI-assisted workflow

We use AI tools in producing content. Here is precisely where, and precisely where not.

StageAI used?Detail
Topic selectionNoDriven by reader questions and editorial judgment.
Research organisationYesStructuring and summarising material gathered by the editor.
First draftYesDrafted from an editor-supplied outline and source set.
Numerical claimsNoEvery figure is verified by the editor against a primary source or recalculated by hand.
Operator scoringNoAssigned solely by the editor using the published scorecard.
Editing & rewritingMixedAI for line editing; substantive rewriting and judgment by the editor.
Final approvalNoHuman sign-off is mandatory. Nothing publishes unread.

Disclosure: AI assistance is disclosed on every article page, in the site footer on every page, and in the dedicated AI content notice. We consider undisclosed AI use in a category as consequential as gambling to be a serious failure of duty to the reader.

4. Human review and fact-checking

Before publication, the editor verifies:

  1. Every numerical claim against a primary source or a reproducible calculation.
  2. That no statement implies gambling is profitable, predictable or a source of income.
  3. That the legal age of 21 and the presence of a house edge are stated where relevant.
  4. That any commercial relationship affecting the page is disclosed on that page.
  5. That responsible-gaming resources are linked from any page discussing real-money play.

5. Independence from commercial partners

  • Operator scores are finalised and recorded before commercial terms are discussed.
  • Commission rate is not a field on the scorecard and is not visible during scoring.
  • No operator, advertiser or partner receives pre-publication review or approval rights.
  • We do not accept sponsored posts, guest articles or paid link insertions.
  • If a partner objects to accurate criticism, the criticism stays and the partnership ends.

See the affiliate disclosure for how the site is funded.

6. What we will not publish

  • Betting systems, progressions or "strategies" presented as capable of overcoming the house edge.
  • Claims that any game is "due", "hot", "cold" or otherwise predictable.
  • Content framing gambling as a way to make money, solve debt or replace income.
  • Any content aimed at, or likely to appeal primarily to, people under 21.
  • Unlicensed or unverifiable operators.
  • Tax, legal or financial advice. We describe general considerations and tell readers to consult a licensed professional.
  • Fabricated reviews, invented player testimonials or manufactured win screenshots.

7. Update cadence

  • Guides are reviewed at least every six months, and immediately when a material fact changes.
  • Operator assessments are refreshed at least every six months, or immediately on a credible payout complaint.
  • Every page displays a visible last-updated date.
  • Pages that fall materially out of date are updated or removed, not left to rot with a stale date.

8. Corrections policy

Errors happen. How they're handled is what matters.

  • Typos and formatting — corrected silently.
  • Factual errors — corrected, with a dated note on the page describing what changed.
  • Errors that changed a conclusion or a score — corrected, noted on the page, and the score re-issued.

To report an error, email labelai@kuyakingph.com with the page URL and, where possible, a source. We aim to acknowledge within five working days.

9. Right of reply

Any operator that believes a statement about it is inaccurate may submit a correction with supporting evidence. We will assess it and, if the evidence holds, correct the page and note the change. We will not remove accurate criticism, and we do not treat a request for removal as evidence of inaccuracy.

10. Reader privacy in editorial work

Where a reader report informs an article, we do not publish identifying details without explicit permission. Complaints can be submitted anonymously. See the privacy policy.

11. Accountability

All editorial decisions on KuyaKingPH are the responsibility of Lei Abelai, Founder and Lead Editor. There is no anonymous "editorial team" behind that name.
